Prints are produced to order in editions stated on each listing. Allow 4–8 weeks for production and shipping. Each piece is signed and certified.

Donations to Eyes of Hope Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable once processed. Tax receipts are available on request for jurisdictions where applicable.

Patronage tiers are charged annually as one-time payments. Benefits are honored for one year from purchase. You may not transfer your membership.

Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a contract. A signed agreement is required before any project begins. Deposit terms are stated per project.

Stories you submit may be published, edited for clarity, and translated. Submitting grants us a non-exclusive right to share your story while crediting you. You may request removal anytime.

Don't attempt to break the site, scrape it at scale, impersonate Mershack, or use the AI chatbot for unrelated purposes.

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it secure and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes resolved in good faith first; arbitration if needed.
